Skrining Penanda Sindrom Kardiometabolik
Abstract
Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) yang menjadi penyebab kematian dini sebelum usia 70 tahun. Hipertensi, diabetes, dan kolesterol tinggi ialah penanda sindrom kardiometabolik. Sindrom metabolik mencapai prevalensi tertinggi pada lansia. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi penanda sindrom kardiometabolik di Kelurahan Mersi khususnya pada anggota kelompok peduli hipertensi. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian anggota kelompok peduli hipertensi di Mersi sejumlah 60 orang. Teknik sampel dengan total sampling dengan drop out dua responden. Pengukuran kadar kolesterol total (kol-t) darah kapiler menggunakan merk essay touch. Observasi data penanda sindrom kardiometabolik meliputi umur, jenis kelamin, tinggi badan (TB), berat badan (BB), riwayat DM, riwayat hipertensi, riwayat hiperkolesterolemia, obat-obatan yang dikonsumsi. Analisa data menggunakan statistic descriptive, descriptive frequency, dan uji non parametric test chi square untuk menguji kategori IMT dan kategori kol-t. Hasil penelitian umur responden rata-rata 62,4 tahun, BB rata-rata 57,1 kg, rata-rata IMT 24,1 kg/m2 (overweight), dan rata-rata kol-t 218,7 mg/dL (tinggi), hasil pemeriksaan kol-t kategori tinggi 43 (74,1%), didominasi wanita 53 (91,4%), riwayat DM 32 (55,2%), hipertensi 25 (43,1%), riwayat hiperkolesterolemia 26 (44,8%).
