Pemeriksaan Deteksi Dini Mental Emosional pada Anak Usia 36 – 60 Bulan
Abstract
Deteksi Dini Mental menjadi hal yang penting karena masalah emosional dan perilaku pada anak usia dini sangat berpengaruh pada psikologis remaja maupun dewasa. Kesulitan emosional dan perilaku pada masa balita dapat berpengaruh pada berbagai bidang, yaitu prestasi akademik, hubungan teman sebaya, fungsi keluarga, kesehatan fisik dan mental, serta pekerjaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi mental emosional pada anak. Metode pengabdian masyarakat adalah dengan observasional pada balita dan wawancara dengan ibu balita. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat melalui perijinan, persiapan alat, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi yang diikuti oleh 25 anak usia 36 – 60 bulan dengan hasil mayoritas anak dengan mental emosional normal yaitu 19 anak (76%), mayoritas anak dengan kategori mental emosional tidak normal adalah pada anak usia 48 – 60 bulan sebesar 4 anak (67%) dan mayoritas mental emosional tidak normal pada anak laki – laki yaitu 4 anak (67%).
