Pengukuran Keseimbangan Dinamis pada Anak Prasekolah melalui Beam Balance Test

Abstract

Keseimbangan adalah kemampuan dasar penting manusia, yang menjamin kemampuan individu untuk bergerak. Ini adalah kunci yang memastikan kemampuan gerakan yang memadai. Anak-anak mulai belajar bagaimana menggunakan dan mengintegrasikan tiga sumber informasi sensorik yang berbeda (visual, vestibular, dan propriosepsi) untuk menjaga keseimbangan pada usia 3-6 tahun, dengan fungsi proprioseptif yang matang pada usia 3-4 tahun, dan struktur yang bertanggung jawab untuk kontrol motorik. Pada usia 7 tahun, mekanisme penyesuaian keseimbangan anak-anak menjadi mirip dengan orang dewasa. Oleh karena itu, perkembangan normal untuk menjaga keseimbangan pada anak usia dini merupakan bagian penting dari pengembangan kemampuan keseimbangan manusia. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengukuran keseimbangan dinamis menggunakan instrumen Beam Balance Test. Nilai Keseimbangan berkisar 0-5. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan sebagian besar anak (56,5%) memiliki keseimbangan yang sangat baik. Pentingnya pengukuran perkembangan sejak dini mendukung tumbuh kembang yang optimal.
