Optimasilsasi Continuity of Care dalam Program Keluarga Berencana Pasca Persalinan
Abstract
Program Keluarga Berencana Pasca Persalinan membantu menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan meningkatkan peserta Keluarga Berencana (KB) baru dengan merancang program kehamilan yang aman dan sehat sejak dini. KB Pasca Persalinan adalah pelayanan KB yang diberikan kepada pasien pasca persalinan hingga 42 hari setelah persalinan. Keluarga Berencana Pasca Persalinan (KBPP) adalah intervensi hemat biaya yang dapat mencegah 30% kematian ibu dan 10% kematian anak dengan meningkatkan jarak kelahiran. KBPP telah terbukti mengurangi risiko keguguran, anemia, dan kematian Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Bawang Kabupaten Batang tahun 2024 terdapat 405 ibu bersalin normal, 7 kasus kala II lama, 51 kasus KPD, 18 kasus kala I lama, 34 kasus pre-eklapmsia. Sementara itu ibu yang mendapatkan konseling KBPP sebanyak 357 orang dan yang telah menjadi akseptor KBPP sebanyak 320 orang. Untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan upaya continuity of care guna meningkatkan kesehatan ibu serta mengoptimalkan cakupan layanan KBPP. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Bawang Kabupaten Batang selama 6 bulan. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam 3 tahap, yaitu: Penyuluhan, Pendampingan dan Monitoring. Komunikasi efektif terjalin antara Bidan dan ibu hamil untuk meningkatkan hubungan serta kepercayaan diantara keduanya dan tentunya dengan waktu yang berkelanjutan.
