Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Strategi Mobilisasi Progresif Pasien Stroke sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Kompetensi Perawat ICU
Abstract
Imobilisasi yang sangat lama pada pasien stroke di ICU dapat berdampak pada morbiditas, mortalitas, dan memperpanjang waktu perawatan. Mobilisasi progresif di unit perawatan intensif tidak hanya aman dan layak dilakukan, tetapi juga dapat menghasilkan hasil fungsional yang lebih baik pada pasien ICU, khususnya pada pasien stroke. Namun sebagian besar perawat belum melaksanakan praktik mobilisasi progresif dikarenakan berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi perawat. Hal ini berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan kualitas hidup pasien stroke di ICU. PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi perawat kritis di ICU dalam melakukan mobilisasi progresif. Metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan dilakukan secara ceramah dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20-21 Mei 2024 dengan target responden adalah perawat ICU di RSUD Bintan yang berjumlah 16 orang. Pelatihan dievaluasi dengan pre-test dan post-test melalui google form. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan kompetensi pada saat pre-test responden adalah 50,72 (SD=11.572), sedangkan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan dan kompetensi responden setelah mendapatkan pelatihan mobilisasi progresif adalah 88,46 (SD=14.203). Berdasarkan uji paired t test menunjukan bahwa p-value adalah 0,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sosialisasi dan pelatihan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kompetensi perawat ICU. Melalui upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien ICU.
