The Relationship between Community Health Center Accreditation and the Quality of Health Services in the Community: A Mini Review
Abstract
Akreditasi Puskesmas merupakan upaya untuk menjamin bahwa fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama ini memiliki standar kualitas yang layak dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hubungan antara akreditasi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi fokus penting dalam berbagai penelitian, mengingat dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara akreditasi Puskesmas dengan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Mini review ini dilakukan dengan menelusuri database internasional dari google scholar dan pubmed, dengan kata kunci “akreditasi puskesmas” atau “health center accreditation” atau “primary health care” dan “kualitas pelayanan kesehatan” atau “health services quality”. Kriteria inklusi yang digunakan berupa artikel diterbitkan dalam 5 tahun terakhir, berbahasa inggris/Indonesia, tersedia fulltext, menggunakan desain analitik, dan topik sesuai kata kunci Analisis data secara kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara ekstraksi kesamaan data dari artikel yang diperoleh. Hasil review menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara akreditasi Puskesmas dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Puskesmas yang terakreditasi cenderung memiliki standar operasional yang lebih baik, kepuasan pasien yang lebih tinggi, serta kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menangani berbagai kasus kesehatan. Selain itu, akreditasi juga mendorong peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan melalui pelatihan dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan dari review ini adalah bahwa akreditasi Puskesmas berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Implementasi akreditasi yang efektif dapat menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
