Pengaruh Edukasi Berdasarkan Transtheoretical Model terhadap Aktivitas Fisik: Systematic Review
Abstract
Aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan aktivitas fisik maka dibutuhkan perubahan individu dalam perilaku kesehatan. Transtheoretical Model (TTM) membantu individu mengubah dan mempertahankan perilakunya dengan menerapkan berbagai strategi dan proses yang cocok untuk setiap tahap. Edukasi berdasarkan transtheoretical model merupakan salah satu manajemen promosi aktivitas fisik yang dapat dilakukan seorang perawat. Tujuan dari systematic review ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bukti yang ada dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh edukasi berdasarkan Trastheoretical Model (TTM) terhadap aktivitas fisik. Systematic review yang dilakukan dengan memilih artikel yang sesuai yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2017. Berbagai database yang digunakan adalah CINAHL, EBSCO, Proquest, Pubmed, Elsevier, dan Science Direct. Dari total 18 artikel yang berkaitan dengan transtheoretical model dan aktivitas fisik, 8 artikel diambil sebagai langkah terakhir dalam mengungkapkan pengaruh edukasi transtheoretical model terhadap aktivitas fisik. Pencarian ini menemukan 8 artikel yang mengungkapkan pengaruh edukasi berdasarkan transtheoretical model terhadap aktivitas fisik, yaitu dapat: 1) meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, 2) meningkatkan kognitif, 3) meningkatkan self efficacy (efikasi diri) dan 4) meningkatkan processes of change (proses perubahan). Dari hasil systematic review tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi berdasarkan transtheoretical model sangat penting diterapkan dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik seseorang.
