Dukungan Keluarga dan Self Efficacy dengan Harga Diri pada Kepala Keluarga yang Mengalami Stroke
Abstract
Stroke merupakan kondisi kecacatan jangka panjang yang mengancam kesehatan fisik dan emosional, khususnya pasien yang mempunyai tanggung jawab pada keluarga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dan self efficacy dengan harga diri pada kepala kepala keluarga yang mengalami stroke. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Lamongan dari Maret-Juni 2022. Desain penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 120 orang dengan metode consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji multiple linier regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruhnya (93,4%) dukungan keluarga cukup, hampir seluruhnya (93,3%) Self effycacy pasien cukup, hampir seluruhnya (96,9%) harga diri diri sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan nilai R2=65,9%. Dengan dukungan keluarga nilai sig (p)= ≤0.000 dan self efficacy sig (p)= ≤0.02 dimana ρ< 0.05. Hasilnya yaitu ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dan self efficacy dengan harga diri pada kepala keluarga yang mengalami stroke. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan dukungan keluarga bisa lebih optimal dan di dampingi self efficacy yang baik sehingga harga diri kepala keluarga yang mengalami stroke akan lebih baik.
