Hubungan Hasrat Seksual dengan Kepuasan Seksual pada Pasangan Serodiscordant HIV
Abstract
Human Immunodeficiency Virus HIV yang menginfeksi sistem kekebalan tubuh manusia dan bekerja dengan cara merusak sel darah putih sehingga terjadinya penurunan fungsi pada sistem kekebalan tubuh seseorang.Hasrat seksual merupakan adanya stimulus erotic yang dapat menimbulkan rangsangan seksual melalui penglihatan, Pendengangaran, sentuhan dan imajinasi. Sedangkan kepuasan seksual merupakan kepuasan suami istri dalam melakukan hubungan seksual sebagai kesatuan fisik dari kedua belah pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis Hubungan Hasrat Seksual dengan Kepuasan Seksual Pada Pasangan Serodiscordant Di RSUD Toto Kabila. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampling total sampling dengan jumlah populasi 37 responden dan analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-square.Hasil penelitian didapatkan hasrat seksual pasangan Serodiscordant HIV baik sebanyak 25 responden (67.6%), kurang sebanyak 12 responden (32.4%). Responden yang memiliki kepuasan seksual pasangan Serodiscordant HIV puas sebanyak 27 responden (73%), sedangkan kepuasan seksual pasangan Serodiscordant HIV Kurang Puas Sebanyak 10 Responden (27%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada Hubungan Hasrat Seksual dengan Kepuasan Seksual Pada Pasangan Serodiscordant HIV di RSUD Toto Kabila dengan (P Value=0.000). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan acuan untuk meningkatkan pengembangan program edukasi dan konseling yang lebih spesifik pada pasangan Serodiscordant HIV.
