Gambaran Karakteristik Pasien Pasca CABG yang Mengalami Rehospitalisasi di Salah Satu Rumah Sakit Jantung
Abstract
Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) merupakan tindakan operasi paling efektif untuk mengobati CAD (coronary artery disease). Rehospitalisasi pasca CABG di salah satu rumah sakit jantung di Jakarta adalah sebesar 12% pada tahun 2021-2022. Hal ini membutuhkan perhatian penting dalam perawatan jantung sebab dapat mengindikasikan kualitas hasil pembedahan dan manajemen pasien secara keseluruhan. Mengidentifikasi karakteristik pasien pasca CABG yang mengalami rehospitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan retrospektif dan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi data rekam medis pasien meliputi karakteristik, profil klinis pasien masa perawatan CABG dan masa perawatan rehospitalisasi pasca CABG sebanyak 131 dokumen rekam medis. Hasil analisis univariat dalam bentuk frekuensi dan persentase. Karakteristik demografi pasien yang mengalami rehospitalisasi pada rentang usia 60 tahun ke atas (56,5%), berjenis kelamin laki- laki (77,1%), berpendidikan tinggi (48,1%), suku Jawa (21,4%), pegawai swasta (36,6%) dan menggunakan JKN PBI (39,7%). Hasil profil klinis masa perawatan menunjukkan bahwa pasien paling banyak memiliki IMT gemuk (32,1%), mempunyai komorbid 1-3 (96,9%), diberikan discharge planning, barthel index kategori mandiri (85,5%) dan mendapatkan 5 kombinasi obat dan obat DM (55,7%). Hasil profil klinis saat rehospitalisasi yang paling banyak adalah pasien dengan keluhan lemas (47,3%), diagnosa medis ADHF (48,9%) dan lama rawat rehospitalisasi 1-9 hari (85,5%). Memahami karakteristik pasien dan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap rawat inap ulang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan hasil akhir pasien, pengembangan praktik perawatan pasien dan manajemen sumber daya perawatan kesehatan.
