Abstract

Kasus dermatitis kontak iritan dipicu oleh paparan iritan berupa bahan kimia atau pelarut. Peradangan dapat terjadi pasca satu atau lebih paparan yang terus berulang. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang terapi kortikosteroid pada dermatitis kontak iritan berulang. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review yang ingin menganalisis tentang terapi kortikosteroid pada dermatitis kontak iritan berulang. Database yang digunakan adalah Google Scholar dan PubMed. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “terapi kortikosteroid” dan “dermatitis kontak iritan berulang”. Hasil penelusuran dibatasi pada publikasi 10 tahun terakhir dan mendapatkan artikel yang berkaitan sebanyak 54 artikel. Dari 54 artikel tersebut, ada 12 artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti yaitu mencakup kajian terapi kortikosteroid dan dermatitis kontak iritan berulang dalam waktu 10 tahun terakhir diseluruh dunia dan dapat diakses full-paper. Peneliti melakukan analisis pada hasil penelitian kemudian melakukan interpretasi dan kesimpulan pada artikel yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa terapi kortikosteroid efektif digunakan untuk penanganan dermatitis kontak iritan, tetapi tetap harus mengawasi dan memperhatikan kondisi pasien.
