Persepsi Perawat terhadap Upaya Pencegahan Insiden Keselamatan Pasien di Rumah Sakit
Abstract
Keselamatan pasien merupakan salah satu indikator mutu yang wajib diperhatikan oleh semua perawat. Setiap perawat perlu melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan insiden keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit tempat mereka bekerja dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran persepsi perawat terkait upaya mencegah insiden keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu literatur review. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan dari database proquest, e gale dan google schoolar dengan kata kunci nurses perceptions, risk management, patient safety, incident preventions. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa adanya komunikasi yang baik antar profesional, interprofesional, adanya pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang manajemen risiko keselamatan pasien dapat mencegah indiden keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Rumah sakit perlu melakukan berbagai upaya proaktif pencegahan insiden insiden keselamatan pasienagar mutu rumah sakit tetap terjaga.
