Asuhan Keperawatan pada Ny. W dengan Leimyoma Uterus (Post Operasi) dengan Pemberian Terapi Foot Massage untuk Mengurangi Nyeri
Abstract
Leiomyoma uterus merupakan tumor jinak yang paling umum pada sistem reproduksi wanita dengan prevalensi mencapai 20-30% pada wanita berusia di atas 35 tahun di Indonesia. Nyeri pascaoperasi miomektomi menjadi komplikasi utama yang memerlukan manajemen optimal. Terapi foot massage sebagai intervensi non-farmakologis menunjukkan potensi dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri melalui mekanisme gate control theory dan pelepasan endorfin. Menganalisis efektivitas terapi foot massage dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri pada pasien pascaoperasi miomektomi dengan leiomyoma uterus. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada Ny. W berusia 23 tahun post miomektomi di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Terapi foot massage dilakukan selama 15 menit per sesi selama tiga hari berturut-turut. Evaluasi nyeri menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) dan monitoring tanda vital. Terjadi penurunan skala nyeri yang konsisten dari 7 menjadi 6 (hari ke-1), 5 (hari ke-2), dan 4 (hari ke-3). Tekanan darah mengalami penurunan signifikan dari 154/74 mmHg menjadi 116/66 mmHg. Parameter vital lainnya tetap stabil tanpa efek samping merugikan. Terapi foot massage terbukti efektif menurunkan intensitas nyeri pascaoperasi miomektomi dengan total penurunan 3 poin skala nyeri. Disarankan implementasi terapi ini sebagai modalitas komplementer dalam asuhan keperawatan perioperatif dengan melibatkan keluarga untuk kontinuitas perawatan.
