Faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kesembuhan TB Paru
Abstract
Angka kejadian TB paru masih tinggi baik di dunia dan Indonesia. TB paru disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tingkat kesembuhan pada penyakit TB paru adalah jumlah semua kasus sembuh dan berobat secara lengkap di antara semua kasus TB yang dilaporkan serta diobati. World Health Organization menetapkan standar keberhasilan pengobatan sebesar 85%. Tahun 2017 angka kesembuhan TB paru di Indonesia adalah 87,8%. Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesembuhan TB paru di Indonesia menggunakan artikel dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi baik nasional maupun internasional. Artikel yang digunakan adalah artikel tahun 2012-2022 dari database NCBI, Pubmed dan Google Scholar sebanyak 57 artikel dan artikel yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 23 artikel. Artikel terpilih dilakukan analisis serta interpretasi berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan kesembuhan TB paru adalah kepatuhan, dukungan sosial, peran kader, peran petugas kesehatan. Faktor pengetahuan, sikap, kepatuhan dan dukungan sosial berhubungan dengan kesembuhan TB paru.
