Peningkatan Kompetensi Deteksi Dini Stunting Mahasiswa Keperawatan melalui Clinical Simulation Video in Nursing Prodject (ALLADIN)
Abstract
Stunting menjadi masalah utama yang terjadi di Indonesia. Deteksi dini perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting. Mahasiswa keperawatan memiliki kompetensi untuk melakukan deteksi dini. Alladin prodject merupakan solusi meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa perawat untuk mencegah stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi mahasiswa keperawatan dalam deteksi dini stunting melalui Alladin (Clinical Simulation Video In Nursing Prodject). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre- experiment pre-test and post test without control group. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 responden yang dibagi menjadi 21 kelompok intervensi dan 21 kelompok kontrol berdasarkan total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam bulan di Jurusan keperawatan singkawang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner pengetahuan, motivasi belajar, dan standar operasional prosedur (SOP). Data dianalisis dengan uji McNemar. Hasil penelitian tedapat peningkatan pengetahuan yan signifikan dengan nilai sig = 0,001 dan tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi nilai sig = 0,358.
