Profil Keamanan dan Efek Samping Vaksin SARS-Cov-2 bagi Ibu Hamil

Abstract

COVID-19 yang terjadi selama kehamilan mempengaruhi organogenesis dan perkembangan menimbulkan kemungkinan keguguran, gawat janin, persalinan prematur, ketuban dini, dan gangguan pertumbuhan janin sehingga ibu hamil saat ini disarankan untuk mendapatkan vaksinasi COVID-19. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek samping pemberian vaksin COVID-19 pada ibu hamil. Menggunakan studi literatur dari jurnal baik nasional maupun internasional dengan cara meringkas topik pembahasan dan membandingkan hasil yang disajikan dalam setiap artikel. Hasil yaitu vaksin pada ibu hamil memberikan kekebalan tubuh terhadap COVID-19. Empat jenis vaksin COVID-19 yang berbeda yaitu mRNA, viral vector, inactivated virus and recombinant antigen. Vaksin mRNA menimbulkan respons imun yang sangat kuat dan perlindungan terhadap COVID-19 dengan gejala berat, mengidentifikasi tidak ada masalah keamanan mengenai malformasi atau embriotoksisitas. Vaksin pada ibu kemungkinan melindungi janin/neonatus melalui transmisi transplasental antibodi terhadap lonjakan protein setelah vaksinasi ibu. Kesimpulan yaitu Vaksin memberikan respon imun yang sangat kuat dan perlindungan terhadap COVID-19 dengan gejala berat dan dipertimbangkan aman penggunaannya pada ibu hamil
