Penatalaksanaan Pra Anestesi pada Pasien Fraktur Femur yang Menjalani Anestesi Spinal: Studi Kasus Lima Pasien
Abstract
Fraktur femur merupakan salah satu situasi trauma ortopedi yang sering memerlukan tindakan pembedahan dengan anestesi spinal, terutama pada institusi yang berlokasi di daerah regional. Kondisi fisiologis pasien sering kali diperburuk oleh adanya nyeri hebat dan kecemasan sebelum operasi. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penatalaksanaan keperawatan pra anestesi yang diberikan kepada pasien fraktur femur yang menjalani operasi ORIF dengan anestesi spinal. Metode: Untuk keperluan penelitian ini, metodologi studi kasus deskriptif diterapkan kepada lima pasien laki-laki yang dirawat di RSUD Salatiga untuk kasus fraktur femur. Untuk mengumpulkan data, dilakukan pengkajian lengkap dengan menggunakan metodologi AMPLE dan 6B. Selain itu, dilakukan juga analisis terhadap masalah keperawatan pra anestesi dan penerapan terapi nonfarmakologis. Untuk setiap pasien, metode SOAP digunakan dalam proses evaluasi pasien. Hasil Utama: Temuan utama adalah bahwa semua pasien diklasifikasikan sebagai ASA II, mengalami nyeri sedang (diukur dengan skala nyeri 6), dan kecemasan sedang (diukur dengan skor Apais 16). Intervensi yang diberikan oleh perawat berhasil menurunkan tingkat ketidaknyamanan dan menstabilkan parameter fisiologis yang ada sebelum operasi.Kesimpulan Utama: Hal terpenting yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa intervensi keperawatan pra-anestesi yang komprehensif dan komunikatif memiliki peran penting dalam mempersiapkan pasien baik secara fisik maupun mental untuk operasi.Kontribusi di Bidang Ini: Studi ini memberikan kontribusi di bidang ini dengan memberikan landasan untuk meningkatkan kualitas praktik keperawatan anestesiologi di rumah sakit tipe B. Selain itu, studi ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan non-farmakologis untuk manajemen kecemasan dan nyeri.
