Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Gangguan Makan pada Remaja

Abstract

Kasus gangguan makan kini semakin meningkat seiring perkembangan zaman dan dapat diderita oleh siapa saja dalam berbagai kelompok usia, gender etnik, atau pun ras. Kondisi yang tergolong ke dalam gangguan psikiatri serius ini dapat menyebabkan disabilitas yang sangat menggangu kesehatan fisik serta psikosial bahkan dapat mengancam nyawa. Penyebab terjadinya gangguan makan sangat kompleks dan multifaktoral. Oleh karena itu, studi literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat berkontribusi pada kasus gangguan makan pada remaja yang kemudian dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mencegah dan mengatasi masalah gangguan makan pada remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dari 26 jurnal NCBI tahun 2015-2021 melalui proses analisis, penilai serta interpretasi dengan cara merangkum hasil penelitian (summarizing). Hasil yang diperoleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian gangguan makan pada remaja meliputi faktor biologis, psikologis, serta lingkungan dan sosiokultural.
