Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kejadian Infeksi Cateter Double Lumen pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik dengan Hemodialisis di RS X Jakarta
Abstract
Pasien gagal ginjal kronis stadium akhir membutuhkan terapi pengganti fungsi ginjal melalui hemodialisa. Prosedur hemodialisa membutuhkan akses keluar masukkan darah ke tubuh pasien yang diawali dengan pemasangan Cateter double lumen (CDL). Pasien terpasang CDL rentan mangalami infeksi karena azotemia. Infeksi dapat mempengaruhi kualitas dyalisis dan meningkatkan mortalitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa faktor – faktor yang berhubungandengan kejadian infeksi pada pasien dengan pemasangan cateter double lumen (CDL ) di Instalasi dialisis RS X Jakarta. Desain penelitian kuantitatif, retrospective study, jumlah sample 151 dengan total sampling dari rekam medis Bulan Mei 2019 - Juni 2020. Pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi karakteritik responden dan pemantauan adanya infeksi CDL dengan tanda hipertermi dan adanya pus lokasi tusukan. Hasil analisis bivariate dengan Phi Cramer didapatkan secara statistik ada hubungan antara riwayat diabetes mellitus p-value:0,028, lokasi insersi p-value: 0,005, dan lama pemasangan p-value :0,003 dengan kejadian infeksi cateter double lumen( CDL ) ; p<0,05. Tidak ada hubungan antara usia p-value 0,642, jenis kelamin p-value 0,389 dan kadar hemoglobin p-value 0,467. Disimpulkan lama pemasangan, lokasi inserti dan diabetes mellitus berpengaruh terhadap kejadian infeksi pada pasien dengan pemasangan cateter double lumen (CDL).
