Analisis Kepatuhan Berdasarkan Kunjungan Pasien Hipertensi Usia Dewasa Umur 18 sampai 55 Tahun

Abstract

Kepatuhan pasien hipertensi  usia 18 sampai 55 tahun dalam melakukan kunjungan di Puskesmas Pundong menjadi fokus utama dalam pengelolaan hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat kepatuhan kunjungan pasien pada tahun 2023 dan 2024, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari catatan kunjungan pasien hipertensi usia 18 -55 tahun di Puskesmas Pundong selama periode Januari 2023 hingga Agustus 2024. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 708 orang yang terdiri 356 orang di tahun 2023 dan 352 orang di tahun 2024 melibatkan pasien yang sudah didiagnosis dengan hipertensi. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi frekuensi kunjungan dan usia pasien. Sampel diambil dari register kunjungan pasien. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya penurunan jumlah kunjungan pasien usia 18 sampai 55 tahun dari tahun 2023 ke 2024, meskipun tingkat kepatuhan pasien mengalami peningkatan. Dalam penelitian ini, tidak ditemukan hubungan antara usia pasien dewasa muda dengan tingkat kepatuhan dewasa tua. Faktor-faktor seperti pengetahuan mengenai hipertensi, dukungan keluarga, dan akses ke fasilitas kesehatan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepatuhan. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya pengetahuan, keterbatasan akses, dan ketidakpuasan terhadap layanan kesehatan. Meskipun terdapat penurunan jumlah kunjungan antara tahun 2023 dan 2024, tingkat kepatuhan pasien hipertensi mengalami peningkatan, yang menunjukkan adanya efektivitas intervensi. Pasien yang dewasa tua cenderung lebih patuh dibanding dewasa tua, namun masalah seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterbatasan akses tetap menjadi tantangan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan edukasi pasien, memperkuat dukungan keluarga, dan meningkatkan kualitas sistem layanan kesehatan merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan dan manajemen hipertensi secara keseluruhan.
