Penggunaan Anestesi Umum pada Sectio Caesaria
Abstract
Pemilihan Teknik anastesi untuk persalinan dengan metode sectio casarea harus ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kegawatdaruratan dan keadaan ibu, janin, penyakit komorbiditas yang diderita, tingkat kesulitan dan durasi prosedur yang diperkirakan. Anastesi neuroaksial lebih disukai daripada anastesi umum. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk membahas penggunaan anastesi umum pada sectio casarea. Sumber yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini terdiri atas 19 artikel yang berasal dari literature searching di NCBI, PubMed, GoogleSchoolar, dan ResearchGate dengan menggunakan kata kunci berupa: general anasthesia, section caesarea dengan ketentuan publikasi 2012-2022. Sumber bacaan yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode systematic literature review yang mencakup aktivitas pengumpulan, evaluasi dan pengembangan penelitian dengan fokus topik tertentu. Hasil literature review ini menunjukkan bahwa anastesi umum pada sectio casarea digunakan atas indikasi tertentu dan dalam keadaan darurat. Anastesi umum pada sectio casarea memiliki beberapa efek negatif seperti resiko pneumoni aspirasi, lebih banyak kehilangan darah serta lebih banyak menghasilkan histamin pasca operasi yang dapat menyebabkan disfungsi jaringan. Sebaiknya digunakan anastesi regional untuk persalinan sectio casarea elektif.
