Abstract

Gagal jantung kongestif berisiko menyebabkan komplikasi seperti atrial fibrilasi, kardiomegali, edema pulmonal, dan gagal ginjal. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) di ruang ICCU RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Desain yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Hasil studi kasus menemukan lima diagnosis keperawatan, yaitu penurunan curah jantung, gangguan pertukaran gas, hipervolemia, risiko perfusi renal tidak efektif, dan risiko infeksi. Tindakan keperawatan yang diberikan adalah perawatan jantung, pemantauan status hemodinamik, pemantauan respirasi, pemantauan hasil laboratorium, pemantauan hasil analisa gas darah, pemantauan intake dan output cairan, pengaturan posisi head up 30o, perawatan perineal, kolaborasi pemberian vasopresor (norepinefrin), pemberian inotropik (dobutamin), pemberian antibiotik (meropenem), dan pemberian diuretik loop (furosemide). Hasil evaluasi belum terdapat perbaikan pada kondisi pasien ditandai dengan menurunnya status hemodinamik dan perburukan hasil laboratorium, asidosis metabolik, atrial fibrirasi, dan asistol pada pasien.
