Epidermolisis Bulosa: Prevalensi dan Penatalaksanaan
Abstract
Epidermolisis bulosa adalah sekelompok penyakit langka yang menyebabkan kulit menjadi rapuh dan mudah melepuh. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menggambarkan prevalensi dan penatalaksanaan kejadian epidermolisis bulosa. Tulisan ini berisikan review arikel dari beberapa penelitian baik nasional maupun internasional selama 10 tahun terakhir. Database yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Google Scholar, PubMed dan Proquest. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “epidermolisis bulosa”, “penatalaksanaan” dan “prevalensi”. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan sebanyak 36 artikel dan yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 15 artikel. Peneliti melakukan analisis dengan membuat resume serta kesimpulan hasil penelitian sebagai bentuk interpretasi hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa prevalensi epidermolisis bulosa masih tinggi. Terapi kuratif belum ada untuk epidermolisis bulosa. Penanganan epidermolisis bulosa meliputi perawatan luka, perawatan gatal, penggunaan obat anti nyeri, menjaga kebersihan diri termasuk gigi dan mulut.
