Hipertensi Berhubungan dengan Derajat Batu Ginjal

Abstract

Angka kejadian batu ginjal setiap tahun meningkat. Diperkirakan satu dari sepuluh orang akan memiliki batu ginjal dalam hidup mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan hipertensi dengan derajat batu ginjal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Desember 2022. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah hipertensi serta variabel dependen adalah derajat batu ginjal. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 40 orang, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan rekam medik. Pengolahan data melalui tahapan editing, coding, tabulating, entry dan cleaning. Analisis data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung pada 40 pasien batu ginjal didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden adalah yang tidak mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 82,5%. Responden yang mempunyai batu ginjal <1cm sebanyak 20 orang (50,0%) dan yang mempunyai batu ginjal ≥1 cm sebanyak 20 orang (50,0%). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang mempunyai batu ginjal <1 cm adalah yang tidak mempunyai hipertensi, sedangkan responden yang mempunyai batu ginjal ≥1cm adalah yang mempunyai hipertensi. Analisis lanjut mendapatkan p=0,037 yang berarti bahwa ada hubungan antara hipertensi dengan derajat batu ginjal.
