Konseling Karir Life Design untuk Meningkatkan Kecerdasan Adversitas dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris dan memastikan keefektifan teknik konseling karir life design terhadap kecerdasan adversitas dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah rancangan penelitian eksperimen dengan sampel 24 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik penugasan acak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Adversity Quotient Profile berdasarkan empat dimensi CO2RE yang diadaptasi melalui prosedur penerjemahan penilaian konseling. Teknik analisis hipotesis menggunakan metode T-Test dan One Way ANOVA dengan probabilitas 95% yang dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Statistic versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling karir life design mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan adversitas dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Kesimpulannya konseling karir life design efektif dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan adversitas dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa.
