Abstract

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan yang membutuhkan penanganan cepat untuk mencegah komplikasi. Namun, keterlambatan pra-rumah sakit (pre-hospital delay) masih sering terjadi pada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterlambatan pra-rumah sakit pada pasien stroke. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada database Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, GARUDA, dan DOAJ dengan rentang tahun publikasi 2021–2026. Seleksi artikel dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga diperoleh 8 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis melalui proses critical appraisal dengan mempertimbangkan aspek metodologi penelitian, kejelasan desain, karakteristik sample, serta validitas serta reabilitas hasil penelitian. Kajian menunjukkan bahwa keterlambatan pra-rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu tingkat pengetahuan atau pendidikan keluarga, respon keluarga terhadap gejala awal stroke, serta jarak tempat tinggal menuju fasilitas kesehatan. Di antara faktor tersebut, respon keluarga terhadap gejala awal stroke menjadi faktor yang paling dominan karena mempengaruhi kecepatan pengambilan keputusan dalam membawa pasien ke rumah sakit.
