Kompetensi Mahasiswa Keperawatan Bencana: Tinjauan Literatur
Abstract
Bencana yang sering dan mengancam banyak orang di dunia, menuntut kebutuhan untuk mempersiapkan perawat bencana. Perawat merupakan salah satu tenaga medis berkontribusi sangat besar dalam penanganan dan perawatan pada korban bencana. Mahasiswa keperawatan perlu dipersiapkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut. Sehingga, mahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap kompetensi dasar dalam memberikan respon kegawatan ketika terjadi bencana. Penulis bermaksud melakukan studi terintegrasi dengan tujuan meninjau kompetensi yang diperlukan sebagai calon tenaga kesehatan dalam merespon kegawatdaruratan bencana. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menggunakan kata kunci disaster nursing competence dan nursing student. Artikel didapatkan dari database PubMed, Sciencedirect, CINAHL, Sagebud, Garuda, dan grey literature. Kriteria inklusi artikel berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia tahun terbit 2010-2020, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Kompetensi dalam meningkatkan respon keperawatan dalam bagi mahasiswa keperawatan diantaranya perlu diseminasi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, dan sikap keperawatan bencana. Kompetensi inti yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa keperawatan diantaranya sikap, penilaian, penyediaan, manajemen, dan pengembangan profesional keperawatan bencana.Kompetensi bagi mahasiswa keperawatan berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap mampu meningkatkan respon gawat darurat terhadap bencana.
