Pengaruh Terapi Field Massage Terfokus Bagian Perut terhadap Kadar Bilirubin pada Bayi Hyperbilirubinemia
Abstract
Komplikasi yang sering terjadi pada bayi baru lahir adalah hyperbilirubinemia. Hal tersebut dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kecemasan pada ibu karena pemisahan bayi dan ibu, sehingga terapi komplementer diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi field massage terfokus bagian perut terhadap kadar bilirubin pada bayi hyperbilirubinemia. Penelitian quasi eksperimen ini menggunakan pendekatan one group pretest posttest design dengan purposive sampling berjumlah 20 responden menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh terapi field massage terhadap kadar bilirubine bayi dengan hyperbilirubinemia (nilai p < 0,001). Terapi field massage dapat dijadikan salah satu kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan di rumah sakit dalam menurunkan kadar bilirubin pada bayi hyperbilirubinemia.
